Barmah Park Restaurant We are looking for a talented Full-Time Chef to join our dynamic team, creating extraordinary dining experiences for our guests in this exceptional location. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations, crafting delectable dishes, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.  Benefits:  Stunning location in Moorooduc VIC 3933  Supportive and nurturing work environment  Permanent full-time position  Competitive salary between $75,000 and $85,000 per annum + Superannuation  Responsibilities:  Plan and design menus in consultation with management and ensuring menu variety.  Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and customer preferences.  Oversee the selection and purchase of food supplies, ensuring quality and cost control.  Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and high standards.  Manage stock levels and control wastage by adhering to portion sizes and recipes.  Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and hygiene standards.  Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.  Organize the kitchen’s workflow to meet deadlines and manage busy service periods.  Develop and innovate new dishes to maintain competitiveness in the market.  Collaborate with management to develop promotional and seasonal menu offerings.  Supervising the plating and presentation of dishes before they are served to patrons  Maintaining high standards of kitchen sanitation and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations  Working closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and timely food delivery to customers  About You:   Diploma qualification in a relevant field with two years of post-qualification experience, OR  At least 3 years of experience as a Chef in a similar setting Interested in the role.
