The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative menus, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a safe and organized kitchen environment. Work with Managers, Dietitians, and staff to resolve food preparation issues. Create and plan menus while estimating food and labor costs and managing supply orders. Enforce hygiene regulations for a safe kitchen. Demonstrate cooking techniques and provide best practice guidance. Ensure dish quality at all stages of preparation and presentation. Recruit and train staff to improve team performance. Qualification & Experience Relevant study as a Chef o related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a chef.
