The opportunity
The purpose of the Graduate Systems Analyst role is to provide support and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT applications within the Applications team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in analysing user requirements and translating them into technical specifications for IT applications.
Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions under the guidance of senior IT professionals.
Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging technologies, trends, and best practices relevant to application development and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing application issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Assist in documenting technical specifications, system configurations, and software components to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
