The Duty Manager is responsible for the daily operations and management of the team on shift to ensure a seamless guest experience. You should be a strong leader with the ability to coach and motivate a team while also handling customer inquiries, feedback and complaints with professionalism. You are proficient in all relevant Liquor and Gaming compliance requirements and responsibilities and have experience with stock control and BOH procedures. Flexible availability is required as this business operates until late 7 days a week.
