The role
Clayton Utz is currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer service-focussed Catering Assistant on a permanent part-time basis. Your ordinary working days in this role will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 6pm. Some flexibility to work evening and mornings may be required from time-to-time.
As a member of our collaborative Catering team, y ou will demonstrate excellence in client service, ensuring seamless delivery of all catering requirements including internal and external client events as well as ensuring recognised service level standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a high standard of food and beverage service, including coffee service/barista and setting up/clearing for functions/meetings in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. This includes breakfasts, morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas, cocktail parties, dinners and VIP functions;
Working the occasional morning and evening functions;
