Who we are The Crisis Communication Team will lead collaboratively and provide strategic and operational communication advice and services to the department as well as integrate and collaborate across the policy team supporting the management of all hazards disaster and crisis coordination capabilities. The Job The duties will include but not limited to the following: Crisis Communication Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive crisis communication strategies. Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and develop proactive plans to address them effectively. Crisis Preparedness: Execute crisis communication protocols and processes and use appropriate tools and approaches to ensure readiness for potential crisis.
