We are seeking a Finance Administrator who will be responsible for processing accounts receivable, debtor management, asset related record keeping and general finance administration.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing all external customer invoicing and all debtor management
Create and process all invoices into the company accounting software and remit to customers within company timeframes
Regular follow up on outstanding debtors
Maintain positive customer relationships ensuring all queries are handled in a professional manner
