About You As Equity Outreach Program Advisor, you will work in a collaborative manner across teams to support the development & delivery of the ?I Belong? equity outreach program.
?I Belong? is RMIT's dynamic approach to inspiring and building tertiary engagement for secondary school students. Our applied learning programs give selected Schools Network Access Program (SNAP) school students the opportunity to explore a university campus and discover what future is possible through tertiary study.
You will be involved in developing, coordinating and implementing the successful delivery of discipline-specific programs for students from SNAP Schools, as well as workshops on aspiration building, pathway exploration and discipline tasters.
