Your next Opportunity :
Borals Strategy team is responsible for the execution of Borals Good to Great Strategy including the ongoing optimisation and growth of our integrated network of Cement, Quarry, Recycling, Concrete and Asphalt assets through organic and inorganic initiatives.
This role will contribute significantly towards the teams objective.
Your day will involve:
Integrated network analysis including the identification of current and emerging network gaps and developing strategies to manage and mitigate these risks.
Development of business cases for network capital investments.
Identification of acquisition opportunities.
Financial modelling and business case development for strategic projects and M&A transactions.
Execution and due diligence of M&A transactions.
Developing relationships with key stakeholders including the executive management team
What we are looking for:
