Our team in Swanbank, QLD is searching for our next Workshop Foreperson . The key focus of this role is to work closely with the operational team and provide safe reliable plant and equipment servicing and maintenance, maximising up time and minimising business interruption.
What youll bring
Trade qualifications with at least 5 years exposure across civil, road transport, mining or similar
Successful track record of workshop supervision with proven leadership and coaching skills
Proven client relationship development by proving superior service delivery effort
Strong fault-finding skills and break down support
Exposure scheduling maintenance over large geographically disperse areas
Timely and quality decision making, working effectively under tight deadlines and pressure
Computer literacy, with strong practical knowledge of Excel (Intermediate) & the MS Office suite, will be highly regarded.
