The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a diligent Process Controller to join our Operations Team. This fast-paced role is accountable for the quality receipt, dispatch and data capture of all Sands Fridge Lines and their clients freight shipments transiting through our facility in Forrestfield.
Role Accountabilities
Verifying manifest of consignment freight movements and ensuring freight travels on the correct movements
Quality control and accuracy of all transport related paperwork i.e.: pallet documentation 2IC
Identifying issues arising from discrepancies in transport documentation and liaise with internal stakeholders for immediate rectification
Working cohesively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods
Participate in audit and investigations where required
Provide assistance to the Operations Administration team as required
