The job applicant must have 2 years of full time experience in a restaurant with relevant educational qualification. Task & Responsibilities Experienced in the kitchen as a chef/cook in North Indian and South Indian cuisine. Experienced in working on Tandoor (Indian oven). Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations. Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies. Demonstrate strong leadership skills. May select and train staff. Ability to work in a team. Advanced communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and extended hours of work when needed Must have flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as a minimum of 38 hour/week. Cooking and oversee kitchen operations including stock take and stock check.
