The Role
Lead and manage the commercial function across automotive aftermarket and OE channels, building a collaborative approach with the functional leaders, drawing on their knowledge and expertise to develop strategy, systems and processes.
Work closely with each department to gain critical intel and analyse information to develop a growth focused sales plan in line with the strategic plans.
