As Operations Supervisor ? City Presentation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of services to the Hume community.
What you?ll be doing:
Provide effective guidance and supervision to City Presentation group employees, to engage and inspire employees to demonstrate organisational values aligned behaviour, and to optimally achieve service standards.
Supervise, guide, and maximise the performance of the City Presentation group by participating in the induction, recruitment, performance management and training (internal and external) of employees.
