We are seeking a talented Commercial Specialist to support our client's Motor Claims Operations Leadership team in the performance management of their Service Partners. This role is crucial for ensuring cost efficiency, service quality, and compliance in motor claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding Service Partners.
Maintain effective financial controls and continuously improve business processes.
Prepare and manage cash forecasts, along with month-end and year-end reporting.
Coordinate the vendor selection process and manage RFPs.
Analyse and audit claims performance.
Assist in resolving complex claims negotiations and high-profile disputes.
Manage responses to regulators regarding service provisions from partners.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Motor insurance experience is a plus).
Strong influencing skills at senior organisational levels.
Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills.
Superior analytical and planning capabilities.
Ability to coach and mentor others to enhance financial expertise.
