Overseeing the day-to-day operation of teams in the Food & Beverage department, including making sure team members understand their allocated tasks.
Providing supervision, training and guidance to Food & Beverage Attendants.
Greeting and seating guests. Taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Taking a proactive approach to sanitising and cleaning the restaurant.
Collecting payments for sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain service flow and resolve any operational issues.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
2 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience.
