As the People and Culture Business Partner youll support the P&C Team to deliver key HR and ER daily operations support ensuring a positive employee experience. Youll be collaborating closely with leaders to align our commercial goals with our people objectives. Based in the stunning Thredbo Resort, youll have the unique opportunity to enhance our People Brand, ELEVATE, while driving initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
