The Role:
My client is a leading Australian FMCG manufacturer, creating high quality products.
They are seeking a Production Lead to join the Afternoon Shift team based in South West Sydney.
Reporting to the production manager your responsibilities will include:
Ensure operation runs efficiently as well as safety and quality manufacturing of day to day production requirements
Operate the plant efficiently, ensuring production is maximized
Assist with projects in production area to ensure they meet requirements
Educate, coach, engage and develop to create high performing team to achieve/exceed KPIs.
Contribute to plant improvement initiatives through active leadership and implementation of CI methodologies.
Your Background:
Prior FMCG experience within a similar leadership role
Previous experience leading a team, with an ability to coach and develop team leaders to deliver results
