About The Role:
A research team from the School of Management & Marketing in the Faculty of Business & Law at Curtin University aims to recruit a suitably qualified research assistant [RA] for their recently funded ARC Discovery Project, Optimising Benefits of Cultural Diversity in Australian Healthcare Sector .
The project comprises several inter-related studies, aimed at helping improve the HRM policies and practices, and services delivered within the health sector across Australia. The RA is expected to engage with the project team at all stages of this multi-disciplinary project, encompassing both services marketing/marketing and organisational behaviour / HRM , so it is anticipated the RA will have qualifications in one of these areas, or in a cognate discipline.
