We require a suitably experienced Workshop administrator to coordinate the maintenance planning of our fleet and equipment. You will ideally have a sound understanding of truck and trailer fleet maintenance, as well as workshop and spare parts.
The Role
You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities by effectively planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities
Manage the fleet maintenance system
Responsible for day-to-day administration, data entry, record keeping and streamlining processes where necessary
Order and monitor Parts.
Develop fleet and asset management reports for the business
The Person
A minimum 2year's proven and demonstratable experience in a workshop & fleet environment
Well-developed analytical, reporting, and planning skills with high attention to detail.
Well-developed communication, prioritization, time management and training skills.
Previous stores, purchasing experience with parts and local supplier knowledge
