Position Descriptor: Area Relief Teachers work across an identified group of schools to cover vacancies. Area Relief Teachers will cover a radius up to 250 km from their base schools and may encompass more than one region. Area Relief Teachers receive a 12.5% loading on their salary. Based at Keith Area School, this position entails working in any of the schools in Murray Bridge region and surrounds including primary, secondary (R-12) and Special Education, to cover short term teacher absences. There may be occasions where appointments continue for longer periods if other options for filling positions are not available. The position requires the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
