Your new role
As the Campaign Manager, you will report to the General Manager - Advocacy and play a crucial role in translating advocacy campaign strategies into compelling content and collateral. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute campaign delivery across digital communication channels and promotional events, track and analyse campaign performance, and undertake projects to improve campaign outcomes. Your responsibilities will include establishing an annual campaign program, developing visual and written content, optimising digital platforms, and managing campaign budgets and contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A background in content creation and graphic design with experience in advertising campaigns or strategic communications.
Strong writing skills for public-facing content, such as policy campaign material, website content, and video scripts.
Experience using digital channels for communication and engagement.
The ability to work effectively as part of a small team and across various project teams.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to ensure a common understanding of information, issues, and concepts.
Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role or equivalent experience (e.g., marketing, communications, media, journalism, public relations).
Advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
