Lotus College is seeking to employ a Marketing Manager to drive its corporate vision and marketing strategies through high-level research and long-term evaluations to optimise brand presence.

The applicant should possess a bachelor degree in an education sector or equivalent field with 2-year experience as a desirable attribute. This full-time role will be remunerated between $74,000 and $80,000 and is based in Sydney NSW. 482 sponsorship can be considered.
Incumbent may be required to travel to various national and international locations to undertake market researches, oversee marketing initiatives and qualify opportunities through career seminars, network workshops and active liaison with business partners.

• Managing and leading all marketing activities within Lotus College, including overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity;
• Creating marketing strategies to lead Lotus College in meeting their sales objectives;
• Conducting researches within the education industry to evaluate market patterns & demand to establish marketing plan;
• Overseeing Lotus College’s marketing budget including directing company funding based on return on investment ROI quotients;
• Driving brand presence through planning and implementing promotional campaigns appropriate to core business and identified market prospects;
• Managing and improving lead generation campaigns and networking initiatives, and measuring outcomes to accelerate adoption by the target audience;
• Developing a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plan that includes a variety of creative content, networking events, email, social media and innovative campaign approaches;
• Liaising with business stakeholders as a primary contact to negotiate, gather feedback, establish and sustain partnerships to optimise commercial returns;
• Generating management reports on brand placement, market shifts and competition;
• Leading cross-functional improvement through sharing marketing feedback, industry dynamics and increased sharing and learning within Oceania teams.
