We are looking for a full time Plasterer with min 2 years of exp in its field.
Duties to perform:
Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, repairing, and ensuring they are free of dust and debris.
Measure and mix plaster ingredients according to specifications, ensuring the right consistency for application.
Use tools like trowels and floats to apply plaster to surfaces, ensuring an even and smooth finish.
Employ various finishing techniques, such as texturing or sanding, to achieve desired surface appearances.
Patch and repair damaged plaster surfaces, including cracks and holes, to restore integrity and aesthetics.
Install lath (wood or metal strips) and plasterboard as a base for plaster application.
Follow safety protocols to protect oneself and others, using protective gear when necessary and ensuring proper ventilation.
Work with other construction professionals, such as builders and painters, to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
Inspect finished surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of defects.
Clean tools and work areas after completing jobs to maintain a tidy workspace.
