Main Responsibilities:
• Menu Development, planning and costing
• Food Production and Quality control
• Supervision, Productivity and Morale of staff
• Purchasing and Supply
• Hygiene and Food Safety
• OH&S
Requirements
• Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience
• Experience leading service within a high-quality venue.
Salary
• $73,210 base salary offered.
