About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer who will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of their financial processes and maintaining accurate financial records.
You will be working in a small team of 3, focusing on;
Handling invoice queries, and collecting of overdue accounts outside of credit terms
Processing credit applications, raising credit notes, negotiating payment terms
Processing of supplier invoices, preparing payment runs and statement reconciliations
Managing suppliers data and creating of new suppliers
Daily bank reconciliations including receipting of cheques, EFT, and direct debits
Managing credit card expenses including issuing, cancelling and reconciling
Managing end to end payroll from setting up new employees, changes, terminations, bonuses, superannuation and reporting
Assist with basic financial analysis to identify trends, variances and discrepancies
Assist with month end procedures and journal
