About you:
Experience managing a small team, ideally 15 ? 20 team members
Ideally, experience within logistics, IT, Telco, or FMCG call centres
Strong experience managing customer satisfaction, monitoring NPS or customer surveys
Experience with retention and handling escalations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and successful outcomes
Experience with managing staff one-on-ones, coaching, and development.
