You'll be the first point of contact for the service, managing our reception and being part of a busy administration team who provide professional and efficient support to the team.
Your tasks will include:
General administrative support duties (including general reception, answering phones, emails etc)
Management of incoming and outgoing mail
Providing advice and information on Ozcare's products and services
Preparing detailed documents
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
