We are excited to be partnering with Australia's leader in port terminal operations in their search for an experienced Electrical Reliability Engineer.
This person will lead and oversee electrical asset reliability, safety, and maintenance improvement activities playing a critical role in ensuring the reliability, integrity, and cost-effectiveness of terminal equipment, while also driving continuous improvements and fostering a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the preventative and reactive maintenance of all electrical assets, including SCADA systems, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and other critical control systems. Ensure these systems operate efficiently, minimising downtime and proactively addressing potential faults through regular inspections, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance activities.
Perform Root Cause Analysis and lead structured investigations (e.g., 5 Whys) to identify and resolve electrical faults, minimising downtime and preventing recurring issues.
