The Opportunity:
We are looking for a seasoned Director ? Building Operations & Services (BOS) to lead the Building Operations and Services Department for CSL Melbourne (CSLM) and Bio21 sites. You will manage a team and provide leadership guidance for all engineering, maintenance, and utility systems, processes, and personnel, ensuring engineering excellence and financial management of the operating budget.
This role is pivotal in developing the support strategy for CSLM Melbourne in collaboration with key stakeholders from Enabling Functions and R&D. You will manage the strategic direction of engineering, maintenance/utilities, and facility services/support (including insourcing and outsourcing models), ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency.
