Position: Medical Receptionist

Our clinics in Albany are currently seekinga Medical Receptionist to join the team.
The role is a full-time position, reporting to the Office Supervisor, working Monday- Friday , with shifts rostered between clinic hours of 7am ? 5pm, rotating between our two clinics.
Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Be the first point of contact for patients at reception.
Managing appointments to maximize customer service and clinic efficiency.
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
Build and grow a comprehensive knowledge of diagnostic radiology.
