About the role:
Provide first class customer service when assisting customers across various channels including concierge, telephone, social media and email
Assist customers by providing up-to-date information on the Citys activities, events and current matters
Deliver high standards of service by meeting KPIs, seeking feedback, working collaboratively, and participating in training
