We are seeking a proactive leader to manage our afternoon shift at our Global Head Office in Kilsyth. This role is perfect for someone with a genuine passion for leadership, safety, and operational excellence. As the Afternoon Shift Production Manager, you will guide and support our Supervisors and lead a team of over 70 staff across Welding, Powder Coat, and Sheet Metal departments.
