The Role
The Aquatic Duty Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee the safety, evacuation and operation of the entire centre in the absence of the Centre Manager and to direct day to day activities of the caf, aquatics, health club, sports programmes, private hires, events and customer service staff. This role will include Lifeguarding on pool deck during the shift.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong leadership experience with an ability to inspire others
Excellent verbal communication skills
Sound knowledge of work health and safety legislative
