Our Client, a world leading Tier 1 Iron Ore Producer with multiple mining operations based across the Pilbara is currently seeking a Project Services Supervisor to join their Development Technology team. This will be a fast paced role so it demands the attention of someone who can think on their feet. This will be based in the Perth CBD and is a Monday to Friday role, working 40 hours per week. Responsibilities:
Effective Team manager - issues managed, team meetings held - working within everyday respect guidelines
Team Member Development - current gap analysis of work of team and capabilities - and ensuring the link through to the employee development plans
Coaching of team members to ensure the team are being effective in the delivery of their roles
Proactive management of Development Plan - team and self
