We are currently seeking a highly skilled & ambitious head pastry chef to lead a small sized team for a premium catering business. This role will be best suited to a chef with an all-round pastry skillset & a passion & ability to be creative.
What We're Looking For:
Master of Pastry Arts: Proven expertise in pastry and dessert creation, strong Baking and Wedding Cakes experience, Ice Cream, plated desserts.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a small team, fostering a positive kitchen culture.
Innovative Mindset: Creativity a must, be able to conceptualise client requests
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
The Ability to work independently: Small team of Pastry Chefs, must be able to manage some duties solo
Drivers License Ideal but not essential
