Job Description:
Join our kitchen at That's Amore, where you will collaborate with skilled culinary professionals to prepare and present a wide array of Italian specialties from our diverse menu which includes SET MENU, CRUDO, ANTIPASTI, FRITTI, SALADS, PASTA, MAINS, SIDES, PIZZA, KIDS MENU, DESSERT, and an extensive WINE list. You will be instrumental in maintaining our tradition of high-quality Italian dishes, infused with creativity and passion.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a full range of Italian dishes, ensuring each is executed with precision and passion. Contribute to new menu development including seasonal specials and unique dishes. Ensure kitchen operations adhere to health and safety standards and food hygiene regulations. Manage food inventory and kitchen supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure efcient operations. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times. Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff members. Requirements:Comprehensive knowledge of Italian cooking techniques and ingredients. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment. Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen. Strong communication and organizational skills. Creativity and a keen eye for detail in food presentation. Benefits:
