The purpose of this role is to implement and deliver projects that allow organisations to digitally transform. This role will work closely with key stakeholders or representatives to ensure that projects are delivered in line with project scope and deliverables in accordance with project governance and that they align with practice requirements across the business. This is a dynamic role, which will be allocated to lead client projects and the role will require a versatile approach to project delivery.
The Role
Lead client projects to ensure successful, on-time delivery, that meets expectations
Develop strong relationships with our clients to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs through effective communication and business analysis
Effectively implement project outcomes by taking a holistic approach to the integrated environment - considering financial, timeline and client satisfaction targets.
Navigate and manage complex stakeholder structures to ensure successful delivery in different environments
Take ownership of all contract related documentation and processes from design to commissioning.
Identify, communicate and manage risk.
About you
A driven, enthusiastic individual with a solid IT project management background.
Extensive experience in project management including demonstrable experience successfully delivering technology projects.
Experience in delivering projects using agile and waterfall methodologies.
A preference for working in fast-paced environments with fluid requirements.
Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, question the status quo and deliver effectively against challenging objectives.
A competent people leader who thrives on the coaching staff to reach their full potential.
The ability to align key stakeholders and influence business outcomes.
Proven experience in setting the direction and strategy within a team.
Thrives on building relationships with stakeholders and advanced negotiation skills.
Experience with, and comprehensive knowledge of financial's, contract management, business processes and project management.
