Airline Operations Duty Manager - Canberra

Our company, Vee H Aviation, trading as Corporate Air and Link Airways are an aviation service company that provides regional airline and charter services to customers in eastern and southern Australia. We are currently seeking suitably experienced individuals to join our Canberra based Integrated Operations Centre team.

The Integrated Operations Centre team is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the network by coordinating aircraft and crew resources while ensuring the requirements of safety and quality, flight operations, engineering, ground operations and our clients, are met. The Integrated Operations Centre team is also integral in the construction of crew rosters during the planning stage, allocating the crew training programs, crew duty travel, annual leave management and the assignment of pairings and line flying to crew members rosters. We are looking for:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a wide-scope role in the airline environment with a mix of operational and/or crew planning activities.
- Relevant qualification, such as Bachelor's Degree in Aviation
- Relevant and recent exposure to general operational processes such as crew rostering and aircraft allocation, slot supervision and regulatory obligations.
- Superior communication, negotiation and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for service.
- A flexible approach and the ability to manage changing priorities, unplanned disruptions and competing deadlines.
- Well-disciplined with the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously, prioritise and meet deadlines and an ability to self-manage in the event of disruptions and added ad-hoc tasks.
- The ability to work independently, as well as a member of a team with a "can-do" attitude that supports company standards and products.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ability to participate in a rotating 'On-call roster', whilst demonstrating a high level of service.

The positions are full-time and will require dedicated individuals who is looking for a career in a long-established and leading aviation Company. Full-time expected salary: $106,119 per annum
