The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing Library Officer, Reading Room Operations APS 3 role in the Reader Services Section of the Engagement Branch. This is an expected vacancy commencing February . You will play a key role in providing customer-centric services within the Librarys reading rooms. Your responsibilities will include handling enquiries both onsite and through the Librarys online and phone reference channels, as well as assisting users with Library equipment, systems and services.
