We’re now searching for our next Account Director or Senior Account Director to lead purpose-driven work as part of our team.
The role you'll play
As an Account Director / Senior Account Director you’ll provide high quality strategic comms counsel, develop audience-first strategies and lead teams of ambitious go-getters to execute campaigns and secure results. You’ll also get stuck into agency projects, help grow the business and expand our services, all while acting as an agency ambassador.

To be successful in securing this role, you will need to:
Have 6+ years of experience (ideally in a PR agency)
Have a passion and demonstrated success working with consumer, sustainability or lifestyle brands/sectors
Have proven team leadership and mentor skills
Be capable of driving strategy and creative of a number of campaigns/accounts, ensuring satisfaction across your client portfolio
Build, nurture, and grow relationships with top tier media, influencers, stakeholders and industry bodies
Be able to develop scopes of work, manage service levels with meeting deliverables, while keeping teams engaged and motivated
