The Opportunity
As our Laboratory Operations Manager , you will work closely with strategic and technical leaders to manage operations at our state-of-the-art, NATA-accredited laboratory in Hazelmere. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and development of both laboratory and field staff, while ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
This is a hands-on management role where you will foster a safe and high-performing culture . A background in construction materials testing will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily lab operations, including the delegation of field and laboratory work
Coordinate workflows to optimize laboratory time and resources
