About the Role:
Our client, a global consultantcy, is seeking a highly skilled VMware Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in virtualization and private cloud technologies , with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure solutions. You will be responsible for automating various aspects of the cloud environment, from deployments to monitoring, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions based on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
Automate infrastructure processes using tools like Ansible to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
Configure and optimize highly available virtual and physical infrastructure solutions, leveraging VMware products like vSAN, NSX, and Dell HW (VXRail).
Implement and manage disaster recovery solutions using Site Recovery Manager (SRM).
Utilize VMware Aria Suite (Operations, Automation, Operations for Logs)
