The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and driven Graduate Recruitment and Development Consultant to join our dynamic Talent Team. Working as part of a national team, you will be responsible for leading and managing recruitment campaigns and programs contributing to the success of Clayton Utz's Legal Graduate Program within our Sydney office.
This role will see you driving our attraction, selection and development programs as part of the wider P&D team.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the clerk and graduate programs, including leading the rotations across different practice groups, evaluation processes and supporting the professional growth and development of graduates.
Develop, lead and execute selection and attraction strategies for our graduate & clerkship program.
Cultivate strong relationships and engagement opportunities with law schools, faculty, and student organizations, including speaking and representing the firm at events.
