RetireAustralia is seeking a talented and dedicated cook to join our passionate team at our Lincoln Grove Retirement Village on a part-time basis. As our inhouse cook, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional cooking services to our residents, ensuring they enjoy delicious and nutritious meals while adhering to the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) policies and procedures.
The Position Reporting to the Village Manager, you will also be responsible for:
Assisting in the control and monitoring of stock take, food orders, and costing for an efficient kitchen operation.
Maintaining and managing food handling regulations.
Planning and preparing food for events and special functions within the village.
Ensuring privacy and confidential policies are adhere to strictly and information regarding our residents will only be provided to external parties by management.
