We are on the hunt for someone who has experience within the Owners Corporation accounting or comes from an accounting background. This is an experienced company with fantastic managers. You will learn so much here. Tasks will include, but not be limited to;
Carrying out all processes for effective management of Owners Corporation Accounts
Review and preparation of financial reporting
Investigate and resolve financial reporting queries
Complete end of financial year and EOM financial adjustments as required
Provide support to Accounts Manager
Assist the accountant with the preparation and lodgement of BAS
Coordinate daily bank reconciliations
Assist owners with queries via phone and email
Assist Strata/OC manager with financial queries
About You:
Accounts experience preferred
