Ambrose Construct Group are one of Australia's largest insurance repair specialists. Due to business growth, we are seeking an experienced estimator for our Technical Scope Audit (TSA) team.
The TSA team have comprehensive knowledge of all thing's construction, this includes the repair and reconstruction process within residential building, an understanding of building concepts and methodologies, as well as different types/style of architecture.
Please note, this is an office-based role, adjusting scopes as per requests of insurers.
The role:
Review specialist reports, photos and statement of work that have been sent from the trades/supervisors
Liaise with supervisors, trades, claims managers and assessors over the phone regarding scopes, assessments/reports
Adjust scopes as per the request of insurers
Review and where applicable rewrite more legible, comprehensive building reports that align with
