About the Role
We are looking for a team player who is passionate, honest and shares a desire to build positive and rewarding relationships with all our valued clients.
Working closely with the Property Management Team in the day-to-day running of the department including, you will be
Oversee leasing and renewals to ensure our landlords stay happy with great tenants.
Conduct entry, exit, and routine inspections across a variety of properties.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, keeping tenants and landlords satisfied.
Manage portfolio-based duties, balancing multiple tasks while working with our highly effective property support team.
About You
This is a great role, with the capacity to reward for ‘going beyond' such as business development and expanding your portfolio. In addition to these incentives, strong career prospects are on offer for proactive and an ambitious go-getter.
You are proud of your ability to demonstrate a constant positive attitude and enjoy a fast-paced role which utilises both your exceptional communication and time management skills.
