Community & Events Manager

Purpose of the role
The Community & Events Manager leads a small team to oversee Auto & General's community program and deliver key employee events throughout the year.
Community: Manage the A&G Difference program, including partnerships, fundraising, volunteering, corporate donations, dollar matching, and workplace giving.
Events: Organise three major events annually: the End of Year Celebration, Family Fun Event, and Annual Charity Golf Day.
This role includes one direct report, the Community Consultant.
The role
Community Development and Philanthropy

Promote A&Gs philanthropic commitment aligned with business values.
Manage the A&G Difference program and the Good Company community platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, charities, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance awareness and engagement in the A&G Difference program.
Oversee the corporate donations, sponsorship, and workplace giving budget in line with community
