We are currently seeking a professional and dedicated Organisation Practice Leader to join the PCYC People and Culture team. This exciting role involves collaborating with the Youth and Community Programs team to assess Braking the Cycle, our volunteer driver mentor program designed to support learned drivers without access to a supervisor or registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours. The aim of the program is to provide young people with increased employment opportunities, community connection and driver education, currently delivered across 51 PCYC Youth Clubs across Queensland. This position has the flexibility to be based at one of our PCYC clubs around Queensland (subject to availability) If you have well-developed experience in the youth and programs sector, we want to hear from you!
